ABA Petition

Tell the American Bar Association to not discriminate against pro-lifers!

Dear Pro-Life Friend,

In 2016, President Trump promised to appoint pro-life, conservative nominees to the bench. One of these nominees could very well be the final vote to overturn Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton.

But the American Bar Association and liberal, pro-abortion Senators like Dick Durbin and Al Franken are teaming up to block pro-life nominees like Steve Grasz for his opposition to abortion. Grasz defended Nebraska’s partial-birth abortion ban, so the ABA and the abortion lobby are doing everything in their power to block him from becoming a federal judge.

Will you sign the petition below and tell the Senate and the ABA to stop discriminating against pro-life nominees?

For Life,

Kristan Hawkins
President, Students for Life of America

Stop the American Bar Association From Discriminating Against Pro-Life Nominees

The American Bar Association has made itself the final judge of who is a qualified judicial nominee or not. However, they have injected their pro-abortion agenda into the procedure, questioning nominees on their pro-life beliefs as well as their religious beliefs!

Worse, pro-abortion Senators, such as Dick Durbin and Al Franken are using the ABA as an excuse to block pro-life judicial nominees, like Steve Grasz, because they are worried one of those judge may one day help overturn Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton.

Students for Life of America wants to collect signatures to tell the ABA not to block pro-life judicial nominees.

We, the undersigned, oppose the American Bar Association’s unprecedented attacks on conservative, pro-life judicial nominees.

1. President Trump ran in 2016 on the promise to appoint pro-life judicial nominees
2. Pro-abortion Senators do not want to see this happen, and they are teaming up with the ABA to attack qualified nominees

The pro-life majority has spoken and wants judicial nominees that will allow states to pass pro-life legislation and that will one day overturn Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton.
