President Trump has the chance to make good on his campaign promise to DEFUND Planned Parenthood by stripping Planned Parenthood of its second-largest source of taxpayer funding — the Title X so-called “Family Planning Program.”

Abortion is not “family planning.”

The Title X statute says “programs where abortion is a method of family planning” aren’t eligible for funding.

President Trump could secure a major victory for pro-lifers by restoring Reagan-era Title X rules to strip Planned Parenthood of up to $60 million dollars per year.
