The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals did not see a constitutional violation in Noblesville High School’s shutdown of a Students for Life group at the school.
And the “crime” of the student who started the group?
Posting pro-life flyers on campus.
This is outright CENSORSHIP!

| Whereas: | Under the First Amendment, all Americans – even pro-lifers – have the freedom to speak freely and peaceably assemble; and |
| Whereas: | The lifeblood of the Pro-Life Generation is student groups at schools; and |
| Whereas: | Pro-abortion judges banning Students for Life groups is an attack on the Pro-Life Movement’s constitutionally guaranteed right to free speech! |
